Magaly is a director, producer and writer originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. An editor of her own work, Magaly’s clever and sophisticated sense of humor is only rivaled by an inherent sense of beauty, rhythm and musicality.

She first ventured into films as a script reader and developer and then as executive producer on several features films. Her creative curiosity and photographic aesthetics led to a series of directing experiments that involved music and dance, two of her passions.

In 2016 she began a career as director for both advertising and narrative content. After helming episodes for two web series she began directing advertising campaigns, content films, and music videos.
